Service documents

Terms of use.

Terms for the FinTechAPI information service operated by Open ICS Sp. z o.o.

These terms govern the FinTechAPI service provided by Open ICS Sp. z o.o. (the “Provider”). They cover its informational content and contact form.

1. Service scope

You may browse information about expertise, the platform and publications free of charge and, once sending is enabled, submit an enquiry. No user account is required. Consulting, implementation and licensing scope requires separate arrangements and a contract.

2. Nature of information

Content is informational. It is not an offer under Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code or individual legal, investment or tax advice. Regulatory information should be read in light of its publication date and current sources. A platform description does not itself confirm the compliance of any implementation.

3. Technical requirements and use

You need a current browser and internet connection. The form requires JavaScript and its necessary security cookie. Required fields must be completed to submit an enquiry.

Do not provide unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, send spam, overload the service automatically or bypass security. Protection mechanisms may limit or reject suspicious submissions.

4. Form and correspondence

Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid services contract, reserve a date or mean a project has been accepted. Acceptance for sending means the configured mail server has accepted the message; final delivery also depends on email infrastructure.

Only send data you are entitled to share. Do not send sensitive information, passwords or documents subject to confidentiality obligations. Project document exchange and confidentiality arrangements can be agreed separately. Enquiry content is processed as needed to handle the matter; the form does not grant a broad licence to use submitted materials.

If sending is unconfigured or unavailable, the form says so and does not display a successful sending confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, layout and software belong to Open ICS or are used under the relevant rights. Content may be used within the limits of law, including permitted use. Further use requiring consent must be agreed with the rights holder.

PolishAPI is developed by many market participants. Describing our team’s contribution does not imply sole authorship or official ZBP endorsement. Scheme² and its cover are presented as an external publication; rights remain with their respective holders.

6. External websites

External content, terms and policies are determined by the operators of those sites. Purchases of books, e-books or other products through the author’s website take place outside FinTechAPI under the seller’s terms.

7. Availability and liability

We endeavour to keep the service available and up to date. Technical interruptions or errors may occur. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

8. Problems and complaints

Report technical problems or service complaints through the form or by post to the Provider. Describe the problem, when it occurred and how we can reply. Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable law.

9. Law and changes

Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory user rights. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable provisions. These terms may be updated when the service or law changes; the document records the update date.
