This document describes the technologies used by Open ICS Sp. z o.o. in FinTechAPI and supplements the privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when using a website. It may support a session or protect a form. Similar technologies include browser local and session storage.
2. What FinTechAPI uses
ft_contact is a necessary first-party technical cookie, valid for up to 30 minutes and created when an enabled form is prepared. It binds the submission token to the browser. It is limited to /api/contact, inaccessible to JavaScript (HttpOnly) and sent over HTTPS in production (Secure). It contains neither an email address nor enquiry content.
The application does not create this cookie when sending is disabled or when viewing only a static preview. The form does not save messages to localStorage or sessionStorage.
We do not install advertising, social media or analytics cookies, or embed tracking social buttons. Linking to another website does not embed its scripts.
3. Optional anti-spam protection
The administrator may configure Google reCAPTCHA. The contact page then loads a Google script that processes technical data for risk assessment and may store its own cookies in the browser. The mechanism is inactive if no key is configured. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. Google Analytics is not embedded. A private Sites preview may use hosting or sign-in cookies managed by its provider.
4. Control and basis for use
You can delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the technical cookie may prevent form submission. We use it solely to secure the service requested by the user, taking account of Article 399 of Poland’s Electronic Communications Law. Personal data processing is also subject to the GDPR.
The current website does not require an analytics or advertising consent choice because these tools have not been implemented. If features requiring consent are added, appropriate choices must be offered before activation and users must be able to change their decision later.
5. Contact and changes
Send questions through the contact form or by post to the controller. Changes in technology will be reflected in this policy.
